About you 👤
2-3 years artwork operations experience and expertise, including a good understanding of pharmaceutical artwork and labelling requirements.
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive and adaptable.
Experience in planning and project management to achieve targeted goals.
Ability to work on multiple projects and to maintain high standards.
Ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation.
About the role 🧭
Supports the regulatory affairs team in ensuring that artwork complies with global/regional/local regulations and is accessible to the wider business including Supply Chain and CMO’s. Creation, development, approval and implementation of artwork components.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌
To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each responsibility:
Support the management of artwork projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring activities are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Liaise with global and local Regulatory teams to understand regulatory requirements and timelines, helping to ensure artwork updates remain compliant with submission commitments.
Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to support the planning and implementation of new artwork, helping to minimise operational disruption.
Work with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) to facilitate technical approval of artwork components and track progress through to implementation.
Maintain and update ERP systems with approved artwork and packaging component changes, ensuring purchase order information remains accurate.
Coordinate activities with external partners, including artwork studios, translation providers, and distributors, to support the timely delivery of artwork updates.
Monitor project timelines, track key milestones, and escalate potential risks or delays to senior team members where appropriate.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records to support compliance and audit requirements.
Support cross-functional communication between Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of artwork changes.
