About you 👤
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement processes, and regional access dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
High level of autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation
Strategic influence and stakeholder engagement
Business acumen and cross-functional collaboration
Compliance and ethical mindset
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, or related field. A Master’s in Market Access, Health Economics, or Business Administration is a plus
At least 3–5 years of experience related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, a must in Market Access, Health Economics, Governmental Affairs
About the role 🧭
Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing market access strategies at the regional and local levels to secure and maintain optimal access for the company’s products. The RAM acts as the main liaison between the company and regional healthcare authorities, payers, decision-makers, scientific associations, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate Market Access strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌
Develop and execute regional access plans to secure product inclusion in regional formularies, treatment protocols, and funding pathways
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional healthcare authorities, payers, hospital managers, key opinion leaders, scientific associations, and other relevant stakeholders
Identify and analyse regional access barriers, providing insights and solutions to the Market Access team at the national level
Negotiate and implement access agreements at the regional and hospital levels, ensuring compliance with national policies and internal guidelines
Monitor healthcare policy developments, budget allocations, and tendering processes within the assigned region
