About the Role:
As Director, Medical Affairs at Theramex, you will set the strategic direction and lead the delivery of best-in-class medical plans across our Women’s Health portfolio. You’ll shape scientific strategy, steward product launch and lifecycle excellence, and elevate our thought leadership through evidence-based engagement and medical education. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, and Business Development, you will ensure our science is credible, compliant, and impactful—advancing our mission to improve the lives of women globally.
About you
· A qualified medical professional (Degree in Medicine) with proven Medical Affairs leadership, ideally at international scale.
· Expertise in KOL and stakeholder engagement, with outstanding communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
· Strong commercial acumen and command of compliance and health authority requirements (GxP, including GCP and PV); Final Signatory status with previous experience in women’s health therapy areas.
· A strategic, agile operator who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and delivers measurable outcomes.
· Passionate about women’s health and driven to make a tangible impact through science and education.
About the role
· Define and execute the strategic and operational medical plan for Women’s Health products across development, launch, and lifecycle.
· Maintain clinical excellence—review the latest scientific literature, attend key symposia/conferences, and translate insights into strategy.
· Approve promotional and non-promotional materials with efficiency and rigor, ensuring scientific integrity and industry code compliance.
· Partner closely with Marketing to shape brand plans and deliver scientific meetings, educational programs, and symposia.
· Develop training and materials to empower field teams and internal stakeholders.
· Lead KOL, Patient Group, and National Stakeholder mapping & engagement, strengthening Theramex’s scientific voice.
· Support research requests, educational initiatives, and collaborations with key centers when appropriate.
· Engage with clinicians and authorities (e.g., NICE) to ensure appropriate representation of Theramex products.
· Collaborate with Business Development to assess new products and therapeutic opportunities.
· Ensure vendor qualification and robust oversight across all medical activities.
· Raise the visibility of Theramex scientific information via credible, compliant communication—HCP meetings, advisory boards, formulary engagement, and public affairs interfaces.
