About the Role:
Based at our London HQ, this role supports the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes. As a Graduate Coordinator, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, compliant, and continuously improving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical and operational aspects of manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and batch documentation.
• Collect and analyze data for process improvement and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate change control documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support technology transfer, process validation, and data collection with manufacturing, quality, and CMOs.
• Maintain and update process tracking systems and databases.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide administrative support for project management, including scheduling, reporting, and milestone tracking.
Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems or document control platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Internship or placement experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
