National Sales Manager UK - Menopause and Uterine Health

Scope of responsibility
- Manage Team of UK Women’s Health Account Managers Nationally
- Manage Key Partnership Relationships i.e.: Digital Sales Team
- Be responsible for UK National Sales Target for defined products / therapy areas
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximise UK Sales Performance
- Manage team of UK WHAMs, including coaching & development of team, recruitment and performance management
- Be a key part of the UK Leadership Team & input into strategic decision making by providing opinion, customer insight & market knowledge
- Manage all relevant internal systems & ensure compliance with relevant systems and processes eg: Pharmacovigilance, CRM system, expenses systems, PM systems.
- To develop customer relationships and increase therapy area knowledge
- To seek and create opportunities to work in partnership with customers and patients
- Manage all activities within agreed P&L
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
- Educated to Degree Level or similar (RGN)
- ABPI Qualified
- At least 5 Years Pharma experience with at least 2 years sales management experience
- Full Driving license
